About Janie

Janie brings over three decades of experience in real estate lending and high-powered residential real estate sales experience. With stellar sales and excellent customer service background, Janie works hard to exceed her client’s expectations. She has lived in Orange County for over 30 years and has professional knowledge of communities, lifestyles, real estate finance, and market trends to serve her clients well. Janie’s clients range from first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, luxury home buyers, and savvy real estate investors.

Prior to joining RE/MAX, Janie ran her own real estate company and previously worked for financial institutions focused on lending and funding millions in residential and commercial lending. Well respected throughout Orange County, Janie’s reputation for integrity, professionalism, positive, caring, tenacious, and proactive approach is why 95% of Janie’s business comes from referrals. “I like to treat my client’s transaction as if it were my own transaction”. “I put myself in my clients’ shoes and give my clients that“Nordstrom” customer service”.

When not working, Janie enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, traveling, hiking, and volunteering in her community. Her favorite philanthropy causes and involvements are Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Big Canyon/Spyglass Hill Philharmonic Society, Literacy Project Foundation, The Women’s Philanthropy Fund – United Way, and The Adoption Guild of Orange County, where she served as past President. She is also a past Deacon at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church.
